The Moulin de Bayerel in Saules (canton Neuchâtel, Switzerland), an ancient mill dating back to 1642, is now completely renovated and situated in the heart of the Val de Ruz, like a connection between the lake and the Jura hills.

This priviledged location is ideal for nature discovery camps, school and sports camps or cultural and private events.

The kitchen and dining hall as well as all the equipment are laid out for meals up to 80 persons.

The museum as well as the visitor centre offer visits and programs on the cultural and natural patrimony.
