The Hotel & Backpackers Schwanen is situated in the centre of Stein am Rhein (canton Schaffhausen, Eastern Switzerland) and is an ideal hotel for smaller and large groups. It offers 70 beds, a large dining room, coffee shop, bar, lounge, common/seminar room as well as a house-owned cinema with 88 seats. The cinema is open from Friday to Sunday.
The Hotel Schwanen is a historic building with view onto the River Rhine and an ideal hotel for backpackers and families with an international atmosphere. For bikers it is a paradise with its own workshop and tools. Our infrastructure with an open kitchen for backpackers is open from mid August through to December. The shopping mile is at only three minutes on foot. Laundry and free internet access.
For seminars we provide the following equipment: daylight projector, screen, beamer, flip chart, internet access, TV and cinema.
From November to February the hotel can only be rented by groups, but at especially low rates.
