Inmidst of the wild mountains of the canton Glarus (Eastern Switzerland) there lies the holiday house Restiberg on a sunny terrace above Linthal. Access to the house by any car on a well maintained alpine road. In case you come by train, our own cable-car will transport your luggage to the house. A romantic footpath leads along a wild mountain brook from Linthal to Restiberg.

The house offers two showers, a large common room, a cosy living room, a kitchen with a modern wood stove for cooking and heating and a table tennis room. The house has been designed strictly according to ecological principles and is supplied by
solar energy (230 V alternating current).

At your sole disposal are furthermore a large sports ground, a campfire site for barbecues and about 2.5 hectares forest and meadows.

Restiberg is situated within the oldest wildlife reserve of Switzerland which exists since the 16th century. The view onto the untouched mountain scenery of Central Switzerland is overwhelming. Open from May to October.
