Our patrician house a Marca di sopra is situated in the centre of Mesocco, a small village at the top of the Val Mesolcina (Misox, canton Graubünden, Switzerland). The Val Mesolcina is one of the four Southern Italian speaking valleys of the Canton Graubünden. It starts on the San Bernardino Pass and ends close to Bellinzona. The mild climate, the mighty vegetation of the meridional Alps and the latin culture make you think the valley belongs to the nearby Tessin.

The six bedrooms (four with running water) are on one level. Toilet and bathroom are either in the room or on the floor (4 WC, 2 showers, 1 bath in total). The large and modern kitchen and the dining/living room on the ground floor open to the terrace garden. 1 garage. Car park in immediate proximity. Groups of at least 9 persons enjoy the exclusive use of the two floors.

Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the summer and winter resort San Bernardino-Village (1626 meters above sea level). In Roveredo (20 km to the South) and Bellinzona (30 km) you will find swimming pools. Bicycle route number 6 from Chur to Bellinzona.
