This fine and comfortable holiday house is situated in Ladir, a small and quiet resort in the heart of Graubünden (Switzerland). Ladir lies on a sunny terrace with a wonderful view onto mountains and valley.

The softly renovated farmhouse offers a cosy and stilish ambiance. All rooms have been furnished lovingly. Showers and toilets on the floor.

The house includes a common room with library, TV and DVD, modern kitchen, snuggly sun terrace, table tennis and babyfoot in the barn, large garden with deck chairs, hammock, bowling and badminton, children friendly infrastructure.

In Winter: connected to the top ski area of Laax (free ski bus and ski run to Ladir), wonderful area for snow shoe hikes, prepared winter hiking trails, thermal bath "Felsen-Therme" in Vals.

In Summer: first class mountainbike and hiking area, kajak and river rafting through the gorge of the river Rhine, megalithic sun cult site in Falera.
