Schwizi's apartment Nr. 9 "Seematte" in Niederried at the Lake of Brienz, 8 kilometers from Interlaken, protected from the wind with marvellous view of the lake from all apartments. The resort consists of 5 non-detached chalets with a total of 9 apartments which can be combined from 2 to 76 beds.

Living-/dining room 46m2, fireplace with wood burning stove, dining table, modern open kitchen, microwave, dishwasher. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 family-bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft for 4 kids. 1 big bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 separate toilet, 1 seperate shower, 2 balconies and patio with outdoor barbecue and patio furniture.

Reserved parking space for each apartment. Children's playground, shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station, boat station, lake and lakeside swimming pool, all within 2-3 minutes walk.

The ski areas of Meiringen-Hasliberg, Grindelwald and Beatenberg can all be reached within 30 minutes. Half or full board on request.

In July and August we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
