The Chasa Pradella near Scuol in the Lower Engadine (canton Graubünden, Switzerland) is located on the edge of the small farming village Pradella. A beautiful hiking trail leads to Scuol within a 20 minutes' walk. The house is located near a small stream and only about 100 metres from the forest. There is a playing field for ball games just near the house.

Bright dining room. Dishwasher available. Directly behind the dining room you find a closed, heated veranda. There a table tennis and a baby foot invites you for a match. The veranda equipped with large sliding windows offers a wonderful view of the mountain landscape.

The cross country tracks pass the house directly. Motta Naluns, a ski area guaranteeing snow with ski runs of a total length of 80 km can be reached within a few minutes by car. The Swiss National Park offers plenty of possibilities for hikes. The famous bathing paradise and mineral bath in Scuol invites you to relax.
The Chasa Pradella is located at the bicycle route number 6 from Chur to the Lower Engadine. The house can be reached by car or on foot.
