The holiday house Alts Schüelhüs (old school) in Blatten-Belalp (Valais, Switzerland) is a stately house dating back to the 17th century, which belongs to the oldest buildings of Blatten-Belalp. It is centrally located, close to the skyway station, in the middle of the old and idyllic village centre.
The upper floor contains 2 dormitories with 12 sleeping places in bunk beds, a well equipped kitchen, a dining/common room and a toilet.
On the lower floor you'll find a guide's twin room, toilets and showers for ladies and gentlemen. The heart of the house is the "Dr. Paul Biderbost-Stube", a renovated saloon in the Valais tradition, which can be used as a conference room and/or twin bedroom.
Blatten/Belalp is a top ski resort, from 1300 to 3100 metres (12 km descent), 60 km ski runs, 1 skyway, 10 ski- or chairlifts, 7 km sledge run from Belalp to Blatten.
Activities in Summer: rope park, swimming pond, educational trails, canyoning in the Massa Gorge, fixed rope route around the dam, free climbing, hikes to the Aletsch glacier, alpine tours (Aletschhorn 4195 m.), minigolf, rope park.

The canton Valais makes high demands on camps with children and adolescents and on group accommodation. Please check the current operating approval.
