Generously planned course and holyday cottage with a lot of surroundings and big playfields (2'000 m² and 800 m²). Situated on a hill, it is about a ten minutes' walk from the train and boat station Mannenbach/Salenstein. Accessible by car all year round.
The wood beneath the Wartburg is suited for scouting games. Several outdoor fireplaces and lookout points invite to a longer stay. There are table-tennis tables, soccer goals and a volleyball net available. A separate forest hut with extra common rooms (one of them with a fireplace) belong to the Wartburg as well as an area at the lakeside, furnished with changing rooms.

The house is located at the bicycle route number 2 from the Oberalp Pass to Basel.
