The Chalet Foresta in Saas Almagell (Valais, Switzerland) is located quietly on the edge of the forest, but yet close to the centre. The village square with the bus stop as well as the first ski lifts of Saas Almagell can be reached within 5 minutes.

The apartments with 2/6/9 beds each are equipped with telephone, Satellite TV, radio and south-facing balcony. Two apartments have an additional garden terrace each.

The owners of the house live on the top floor, and there is also a ski room available. At a distance of 100 m from the hotel, right at the entrance of the village, there is a car parking that can be used by our guests. Handcarts are provided for luggage transport.

2 chair lifts and 4 ski lifts in Saas Almagell, more in Saas Fee and Saas Grund. Cross country track with a length of 26 km, a natural ice-skating rink, a curling rink.

Hiking trails with a length of 260 km, mountain biking trails with a length of 60 km, a culture trail, mini golf, tennis courts, swimming pool.


The canton Valais makes high demands on camps with children and adolescents and on group accommodation. Please check the current operating approval.
