children's play- and workroom. Bordering the lake, private bay for bathing, rowing boat, spacious garden, terrace with barbecue facility,
playground, table tennis and table football; near the cross-country course, directly below the extensive skiing region Parsenn (direct downhill descent to valley). Vast hiking area in summer, 5 extensive skiing regions in winter, big cross-country area and sledge-run. Own bus stop in front of house (3 minutes to train station Davos Dorf (Davos village) with connection to the free of charge bus-service of Davos. The house is equipped for handicapped and wheelchairs; there is a non-alcoholic and non-smoking policy.
