The Colonie de Vacances Edelweiss is situated near the mountain station of the cable-cars of Veysonnaz (Valais, Switzerland) and the Piste de l'Ours in the heart of the ski runs of the Quatre-Vallées region (Les Collons - Thyon - Veysonnaz - Nendaz - Verbier).
Snow guaranteed thanks to artificial snow machines.
Cross-country ski-runs; night skiing.

Summer season:
Accessible by car. 25 km from Sion. Playgrounds, campsite and campfire sites. Tennis, mountain-bike, grass scooter, innumerable hiking trails and destinations (Grande Dixence dam, Cleuson), mountain cottages, forest walks, hiking tours, trips on horseback. Swimming pool, shops, restaurants and entertainment is available in close proximity (Thyon 2000).

The canton Valais makes high demands on camps with children and adolescents and on group accommodation. Please check the current operating approval.
