The Cantine di Caprino is a rustic, typical Ticino house situated directly at the lakeside opposite of Lugano (Switzerland) and offers a wonderful view of Mt San Salvatore, Mt Brè and the Bay of Lugano.

An adjoining building with a fireplace, piano for musical groups, table tennis and table football offers an opportunity to tinker, to play, to dance or to play music. Large terrace with direct access to the lake. Barbecue, garden tables and benches.

Not far from the house is an old quarry offering other recreational activities (safe flat playing site). The beach path leads to Cantine di Gandria and to the customs museum (museo doganale).

Caprino is accessible by boat from Lugano and is about 50 metres from the house. A mountain road leads to Caprino Paese from where you can follow the walking trail to Cantine di Caprino (15 minutes).

Your host lives in a separate appartment within the house and offers her help with respect to your planning and organising as well as with cooking on request.
