An old half-timbered house, with a complete wooden interior. Unfortunately not designed for wheelchair access. Large sports field and leisure grounds framed by a forest in the immediate proximity of the house.

Situated in the centre of the village Oberwald, directly on the young Rotten (Rhone River). Accessible by car and railway in summer as in winter. Car park at the hotel. Walking-distance of 5 mins to the station (FO Furka Oberalp Railway), 10 mins to the valley station of the chair lift.
Hiking, river rafting, a new sports hall, cycling, walks on the glacier (Rhone Glacier). Alpine chair lift, 2 ski lifts leading up to 2100 m above sea-level, cross-country skiing run (100km) directly in front of the hotel.

The house is located at the bicycle routes number 1 from the Furka Pass to Geneva and number 8 from the Grimsel Pass to Koblenz.

The canton Valais makes high demands on camps with children and adolescents and on group accommodation. Please check the current operating approval.
