Comfortable dormitories under the roof of a very old Neuchâtel farmhouse on the outskirts of the town, in the leisure zone of Le Locle on 1000 metres (3280 ft) altitude in the Jura (Switzerland). . Near the town, but nevertheless in the countryside, surrounded by wood and meadows. Next to the house: a TCS campsite, table-tennis, football pitch, minigolf, indoor swimming pool, campfire sit, beach volleyball, basketball court, climbing wall. In winter: covered ice-rink, start of the cross-country skiing trail, slope for toboggans and bob-sleighs. A little further away: skiing pistes, horse-riding, tennis.
Cultural offers in Le Locle: watch-making museum, subterranean mill. A few kms away: waterfalls of the Doubs river, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Taillères lake, cheese dairy, turf moor.
The house is located at the bicycle route number 7 from Basel to Nyon.
