Spacious and modern youth accommodation with seminar, training or common rooms that can be subdivided, equipped with OHP, blackboard and screen as well as a central hi-fi system, on the ground floor.
A games and sports lawn of about 3000 sq metres as well as the indoor swimming pool are located right next to the accommodation, and the well-kept outdoor pool is about a 15 minutes' walk away. Both the village centre and the sports halls can be reached in a 5 to 7 minutes' walk. Its situation on the northern, sunny edge of Appenzell makes a simple and quick access to the house possible, both by public and private transportation. Some parking spaces are available.
A rich touristic offer awaits our guests, with three mountain transport facilities and a summer toboggan run in close proximity.

The house is located at the bicycle route number 4 from St. Margethen to Aigle.
