The holiday home Wandfluh is in Abländschen (Bernese Oberland, Switzerland), which is a very quiet resort behind the Jaunpass (Simmental - Gruyere).
Abländschen is a very quiet resort behind the Jaun pass (Simmental - Gruyère). It is accessible by car, coach, taxi or - on demand - by a bus of the TPF (transports publics de Fribourg). The name of our house refers to the climbing mountain Wandfluh in the Gastlosen chain. Hikers, climbers, ski tourists and snow shoe enthusiasts start directly in front of the house and reach the Gastlosen within about one hours walk. Around the house there are 500 m2 flat play fields with a large chess and checkers game. Table tennis and baby foot (a fee applies) are at your disposal in the cellar. The dining room is dividable into two rooms (with a total of 63 m2). There you will find a coffee machine. If you wish we can organise a catering service from a local hotel, otherwise you may use our well equipped kitchen for self catering. We will also open our own kiosk on demand. We look forward to having you with us.
