The interior of the Chesa Romedi in Madulain (Engadine, Graubünden / Switzerland) was carefully renovated from 1990 to 1992. A lot of Cembran pine-wood was thereby unearthed. The electrical and sanitary installations have been renewed. Ideal for groups of 25 to 64 people.

The house lies in the village centre which is largely free of traffic, parking spaces are nearby, the train station is a 5 minutes' walk away.

The 4000 m2 big area borders on the Inn (fence). Space for ball games, table tennis in- and outdoors, multipurpose room in the barn.

In summer, it is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountaineering tours (Segantini trail, Piz Kesch). Thanks to its central location, the touristic centres of the Upper and Lower Engadine can easily be reached (National Park, St Moritz, Pontresina etc).

In Winter, cross-country skiing right in front of the house. The large Engadine ski regions can easily be reached by railway or by car. Ideal starting point for ski touring.


The Chesa Romedi is located at the bicycle route number 6 from Chur to the Lower Engadine.
