The Casa Larisch is a large and cosy wooden house in a central but quiet location only a few minutes from the train station in Sedrun (Switzerland, Graubünden. Five house-owned parking spaces directly in front of the house. The play fields in front of and adjacent to the house offer enough space for outdoor games.

The kitchen and dining/common rooms are nicely renovated and are equipped for 70 persons. There are a large games room with table tennis as well as two smaller common rooms. Sufficient sanitary installations complete the offer of this neat Graubünden home.

Sedrun has a good infrastructure: public indoor swimming pool and sports grounds are accessible within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Leisure activities are numerous.

In Summer you discover the mountain scenery on the hiking trails, play tennis, badminton or golf. Relax on a fishing trip, experience adventure with river rafting or gold washing.

In Winter Sedrun has extraordinarily good snow conditions in a skiing area which extends up to 3000 metres and includes 50 km of ski slopes.
