The Lindenbühl is situated 2 km east of Trogen (Switzerland), in the smooth hills of the Appenzell, in a tranquil rural surrounding. The house has an interesting history of 200 years - it used to be a beer-brewery, a weaving school, and a Grand Hotel (where Henri Dunant spent 2 years of his life). It has been renovated in an ecologically sustainable manner.
With its three seminar rooms our house is perfectly suitable for seminars, retreats, family reunions or big celebrations. For choir rehearsale there is a grand piano.


We offer fresh bio-organic cuisine (Goût Mieux certified), with or without meat. Flexibility and attending to special requests are among our greatest strengths.
