Ferienhaus Waldhaus, 3156 Riffenmatt (BE)

The Ferienhaus WALDHAUS is a generously planned holiday home in the pre-Alpine area above the small village of Riffenmatt / Guggisberg in the canton of Bern (Switzerland). The WALDHAUS is remote, and it is ideal for groups who have enough initiative.

Although the furniture is kept to a minimum, there is a lot of pannelling in the interior of the home. In front of it, there is a playground and a fireplace. Meadows, several rivulets and the near wood enable many games. The WALDHAUS lies on a slope. It is easily accessible with any kind of vehicle. Unsuited for wheelchairs.

In winter, after a 20 minutes' walk on foot, two ski-lifts are on offer. The pre-Alpine skiing slopes are perfect for beginners and advanced skiers as well as for snowboarders. Cross country tracks and the option to rent skiing gear enlarge the possibilities.
